Keto Diet and Weight Loss
I witnessed this conversation firsthand about ‘enlightening’ advice on Keto Diet and Weight Loss.
This was the most I have ever heard …
The most surprising thing was who this advice was coming from …

As a huge part of successfully pulling off Keto is meal prep, I prepared an additional article here for your convenience.
Why you need to be careful
By all means go for it.
But don’t get too crazy.
Because you’re going to hit a wall.
And this wall …
You’ll need to CREATE your own path THROUGH this wall.
You might have to eat more carbs.
You might have to allow yourself more treats without guilt.
You might need to do something that’s not in the Keto plan.
Because you will hit a plateau.
That’s the ALWAYS the danger in following a diet.
You are following someone else’s plan at the end of the day.
You aren’t listening and learning.
Don’t get me wrong …
You can listen and learn while on Keto, just there is a tendency to stop learning and only to blindly follow.
However, this isn’t the way to go. It really isn’t.
Keto Diet and Weight Loss Podcast
The basic truth to Keto is legit, however disengagement is the real problem
Is Keto good?
Eating unprocessed foods is great!
Eating vegetables and natural foods is great!
There’s nothing wrong with unprocessed fat found in natural foods (except red meats) so go for it!
But the problem is when you stop listening to your body.
The problem is when you get stuck and feel like you HAVE to do to THIS plan.
Have you ever felt that way?
It’s a trap.
It’s a successful or failure mindset that doesn’t leave any wiggle room.
Don’t fall for it!
