Let’s break down Vyshakh’s story …

  1. Vyshakh is like most people who find me. They’ve tried dieting and discovered it didn’t work.
  2. They listen to what I have to say. I then share my message of focusing on the food foundations. You have to have the right mindset, thinking and emotional skills BEFORE you start focusing on nutrition.

That’s why in my 6 month training program the first 4 months are focusing on psychology, mindsets, ending emotional eating, etc. Only the last 2 months do we start re-integrating nutrition.

  1. The adventure begins! As you can see I don’t work with people and give them plans to follow. HELL NO.

Tapping into the power of your intuition is the KEY to unlock your body’s natural cravings for healthy food. I can’t give you a plan to unlock your intuition.

But I can work with you 1-on-1, provide group training experiences, and group eating experiences where you can learn to trust your body again and ultimately learn to desire foods that nourish you and support you.

As Vyshakh says above, this approach is a helluva lot more motivating than following some plan.
