What To Do If You Have An Eating Disorder? Four Women Share Their Most Powerful Eating Enlightenment Lesson
First of all, do not despair. Have hope. An Eating Disorder is NOT the end of the world.
The fact that you are reading this page means you care. Deep within you this mean you already have what it takes to heal.
Care. Love. Curiosity. Learning.
Another ingredient is connecting and learning from mentors. There are people who have BEATEN eating disorders. Gone. Poof. Vanished.
I have been fortunate to interview several of these women on my podcast over the past few weeks.
They have all had their stories and moments of despair around food, as well as redemption. So yes, it truly is possible. Remember, have hope.
If you can care and you can learn, and if you can be patient (like years of patience) you can heal and make your struggles the fuel of your redemption.
This post is simply meant to reconnect you with what you already know, by connecting you to these stories of Eating Enlightenment.
