My Health Care Transformation Journey From Binge Eating Wrestler To Zen Monk And Beyond

health care transformation

I recently went to my 20’s and 30’s meditation group and met a wonderful woman, Tiffany 🙂

We had a great connection right away no doubt because of our many similarities:

  • Certified Yoga Teachers
  • At same meditation group
  • Self-employed
  • Wellness field

Overall I thought Tiffany and I had a great connection on this interview which you can see below.

About Tiffany:

Tiffany is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, self-taught chef, and yogi. Her belief is that cooking is a deep expression of love and creativity.

Tiffany grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and then studied Public Health at the University of California Irvine. Five years later, wanting to “touch” peoples’ lives in a more direct and impactful way, Tiffany decided to become a yoga teacher through YogaTreeSF.

Then Tiffany moved to beautiful Nevada City to study at the California College of Ayurveda. Upon completing my studies, my heart was directed towards channeling my newfound knowledge of health and balanced living with my unceasing passion for cooking with fresh and local food. Thus, The Ayurvedic Chef was born.
